A couple of ideas.<br />

Verify where are mapi32.dll &nbsp;or MSMapi32.dll. Check, via set command in prompt if the path of the dlls is present in PATH variable. If not try to add it to the PATH. To do this right click on my computer, properties, advanced, Environment Variables.<br />

Check if there is BCM 2003 installed. If so remove office 2007, remove bcm 2003, reboot the machine and install office2007.<br />

You could also try to register the DLL with regsvr32.exe

Inbetween I removed and re-installed the complete office package. That doesn't help. <br />
But I found out, that some processes fail to open the mapi32.dll in system32, while others succeed.<br />
For example the dependency-walker tool does't see the mapi32.dll, even in the file open dialog it's not shown. On the other side the windows explorer shows the dll and the good old notepad opens it.<br />
Seems that mapi32.dll is hiddem for some processes. But who hides it?

All users work in a terminal session. Outlook is connected to a Exchange server running on another machine.<br />

When another e-amil arrives the same procedure begins again ...<br />
