Outlook 2007: required mapi32.dll not found in path


I have a completely new system: W2K3 R2 x64 with terminal services enabled and Office 2007 Pro installed.
All users work in a terminal session. Outlook is connected to a Exchange server running on another machine.

The Problem:
Everytime a user receives a new e-mail a message box appears telling "required mapi32.dll not found in specified path. please reinstall outlook". After klicking OK Outlook terminates on error. When Outlook is started again, the e-mail is in the inbox an could be read.
When another e-amil arrives the same procedure begins again ...

I tried a repair-install but that doesn't help.
Same behaviour for all users.

Any suggestions welcome.
