Setting the Autodiscover internal URL

I am in the process of setting up the Autodiscover service.  When I run the 'test email autoconfiguration' option with the Outlook 2007 Icon, I get numerous errors.  Upon further review, at the Exchange server when I run "get-autodiscovervirtualdirectory" it states that there is no default internal URL which I'm thinking may be part of my problem.

Can I set the default internal URL on Autodiscover manually, and if so how?

Thanks
Exchange

Have you browsed through the Exchange 2007 Auto Discovery Whitepaper ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb332063(EXCHG.80).aspx#OutlookAndAD ) ?

It should address any questions you have and contained detailed instructions on how to setup / repair the Auto Discovery service.

Are you using the self-signed Certificate, or do you have a Public Cert?

It is a Public Cert (godaddy UCC).

The hex address errors I'm getting in the Outlook test connection area are all primarily connection based numbers.

Ideas?

Here is a recent response from the Shell.  Sounds like my cert is invalid?

GoDaddy is very understanding, and helpful, the direct number to Cert support is 480-505-8852.  They should issue you a couple of token to Re-Key your Certificate.

Do a new Cert request, make sure you get all your autodiscover SAN's correct.
Get it, Import it, Enable it, and Remove the old one.

did that late last night (you are right, they were very helpful).  Ran test outlook web services this morning and here is the response.  For the record it appears that Autodiscover.xml is empty.
