I figured I can set the value to 1 day to force everyone to change their password, then reset it again to 90 days. Thanks for your help everyone!<br />

You can do a DSPUSRPRF to an outfile and use that to read in a loop in CL with a RCVF.<br />
So that the DSPUSTPRF is feeding indirect your update of the profiles.<br />
<br />
But beware, some users don't have a password or a password that never expires, check that first.<br />
<br />

Minor note... If profiles aren't already set for PWDEXPITV(*SYSVAL), then changing the system value won't make a difference. Review settings for the user profiles themselves to be sure and to catch (or to set) exceptions.<br />

How to Set Password to Expire on all AS/400 users
