Customize default contact form in Outlook 2007
I'd like to add some fields to the first page of the default contact form in Outlook 2007. So far I have been able to add some fields to the 2nd and 3rd pages. However, if I try to modify the first page, it reverts to another contact form. I'd really like to have one page instead of two. Any ideas?

If I have a empty default contact form and select "design this form" the default contact form changes to an older contact form when in the design mode.

In the Outlook 2007 default contact form, is there a way to change that form to add in a space for the IM address, and perhaps another field or two? Thank you.

The Contact form's first page can be changed. What do you mean when you say "it reverts to another contact form"? Are you talking about when you try to create a new contact after customizing the form?
