Meetings do not appear on calendar

I have a user who is syncing with a IPhone to outlook / Exchange.
Items added on the IPhone do not appear on the normal calendar view.

Symptoms:
Has worked fine in the past
Someone looking at her calendar from a shared view can see the items.
It does not matter what computer she is logged on to it is the same
If she switches her current view to Active appointments they are there.
Everything works fine when adding a Appointment through Outlook

Trouble shooting steps taken:
New Profile on different computer.
Switched from Cached to Direct connect
Started Outlook with /resetfolders  in both cached and direct connect
Started Outlook with /cleanviews in both cached and direct connect

I saw no entery in the right hand pane that reflected user accounts
I have included screen shots to illistrate my point.
Please note the 7/22 and 8/1 in the different views on th calendar.
As a new symptom when I go to direct connect instead of cached I can see a few more of the appointments, but some are still missing...
