loading vista 64 bit ultimate error cache_manager. stop:0x00000034

already having vista 34 bit installed ,i wanted 64 bit , so i formatted my hdd,and tried to load vista 64bit,i have intel quad prossesor and 6 gig of ram.mother board is asus p5n-t deluxe.
it starts to load ,it copiess files then starts to expand files till about 57% then get the error

Remove any additional hardware not needed during the installation. Test your HD using the manufacturer's diagnostic tool, and also the RAM using memtest86+. You'll find both on the UBCD.

I have that same board and Vista doesn't like all 4 memory slots occupied during install(but should work fine after wards). XP installed just fine with 4 installed, only Vista threw a fit. Remove one bank of ram(black dimms) then Vista should install ok, also make sure you have bios rev 1001 it does fix alot of compatibility and stability issues. Also there was another post here on EE with a simiialr error and turned ot to be an overheating cpu, check your system temps in the bios.
