Hi,
  • Copy Outlook Profile generally found under C:\Documents and Settings\PROFILE\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlookdata  and SIgnature Folder and C:\Documents and Settings\PROFILE\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook .
  • Move the copy file to the second computer using LAN or some media (like writable CD/DVD, flash drive etc.)
  • Install Outlook on the second PC and restore your data from the file you've just moved.
Else......use http://www.outlookbackup.com/transfer-outlook.html
Hope this helps
Thanks
Nitin

Hello asrawahi,

Look for file with extension .rwz   If you have backed up your rules, the rules are located in that file.  It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files. In Windows XP, open Windows Explorer or any folder.  Click on Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders".  If you want to see system files as well, unclick Hide protected operating system files.   Click OK.

In Windows Vista, open Windows Explorer or any folder. Click the Layout button (to the left of the Views button). Click Folder Options > View tab. Check "Show hidden files and folders".   Click OK

Hope this helps!
