All PPTP ports disappeared from RRAS on Win2k3 R2

Hello!
I have Windows Server 2003 R2 with ISA Server 2006 and RRAS with remote VPN client access enabled using PPTP protocol. Yesterday evening I installed latest hotfixes from Microsoft (KB951748, KB951746, KB951698, KB950762, KB950760, KB949014, KB948745). After system restart, all PPTP ports in RRAS vanished and I can't get them back. I have tried increase/decrease number of PPTP ports, I restarted RRAS many times, I've also tried to disable RRAS and configure it again - manually and through ISA Management - all my efforts didn't bring PPTP ports back.
There is no error is system and/or application Event Log. Port 1723 is opened and is listening for connections. I've turned on tracing, and the only information I got is that PortOpen function fails with status 0x80000048.

I also read this article: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21791798/PPTP-VPN-ports-went-away.html and tried to apply that solution but it didn't work (I also have Exchange server on this same machine but without Blackberry).

It looks like deinstallation of two hotfixes: KB951746 and KB951748 resolved the problem. Both includes patched version of tcpip.sys.
