Might make for a nice tool bar button used to extract you from Test applications where you just want to get out once you're done without being prompted to save any design changes made much less be prompted about them.

On a more practical, level, it's hard to easily imagine any other kind of situation where you'd care so little about design work that you did but if not caring about design changes made hit the top of the list then this approach would save you having to hear about or make decisions as to course of action for any changes made.
