What is a good way to seperate an office network from a public wireless network using subnets or hardware

I am setting up an office that has several pc's and a server with a connection to the internet. The client wants to allow free access to share the internet with wireless users. I want to make sure the wireless users have no access to the wired office pc's or the server. My initial thought is to use 3 routers. One connected to the internet with 2 routers connected to it, one for the wired office, the other for the wireless clients. This would put the 2 networks on different subnets with a simple hardware firewall between them.
Does this sound like a good solution? Any other suggestions

I"m looking for the most cost effective way to do this. I'd also like some specific recommendations on hardware. What I have to cover with wireless is a 5000 sq ft office area and a 75X150 outdoor area. I'm leaning toward a dlink DWL-2700AP. It will be on the outer wall of the 5000 sq ft (and it's pretty much square) office area. That same outer wall begins the 75x150 outside area. I'm thinking that AP will cover both inside and outside, but maybe in need a wireless transmitter inside also. The DWL2700AP is a poe device. thx

I'd also like to do bandwidth throttling so the office has decent internet, and I don't want access from the wireless network to the wired.
