SMTP Connector Queue stacking up after changing IP address

I have Windows 2003 SBS. I recently changed my Static IP address of my Exchange Server. After the change, and running CIECW, I am having an issue with messages stacking up in the SMTP connector Queue. The biggest issue seems to be that no emails will go to AOL or Comcast. But, a few others exist also. The vast majority of email is going out though. Any ideas on why these few addresses would have emails stacked up in the queue? I am not getting any RBL messages.
