Try doing a compact with -c option , and also try to get a copy and try on a local Notes client r 7.02 or newer, where you can also try to use the local fixup and compact commands.<br />

Also try to see if there are any replicas on other servers or locally that can be opened.<br />
<br />
If nothing works, you will need to restore from a backup.<br />
<br />

Don't forget the -i switch when running compact, it tells compact to ignore errors.<br />
If that doesn't work then try to run fixup when the server is down or on a local copy, &nbsp;sometimes the server won't let go of the db as it's always trying to run a consistency check on the db

I tried to ( load compact -c-i mail\database.nsf) but I got the following &nbsp;error on the console <br />

Database compactor error: File trucated-file may have been damaged<br />
<br />

Taking into consideration that the ( Transactional Logging ) can not be activated becaue we use EMC EmailXtender.<br />
