You need to import a certificate to your server first and foremost, have you done that?

I'm unsure if the certificate was setup. &nbsp;Someone else did the setup. &nbsp;How would i check this? &nbsp;Would this stop me from being able to get to all https websites? &nbsp;Is this something new in 2003 that didn't happen in 2000 because all my 2000 machines can get to https sites from initial install however none of my 2003 machines can.
