You need to make sure that FF is your default browser........
Here is the steps to make sure it is....if it is not them make it your default browser and it should work....

1) Click on Start menu
2) Click on "Set Program Access and Defaults"
3) Click on the "Custom" button
4) Under "Choose a default Web Browser," uncheck the "Enable access to this program" checkbox that corresponds to Mozilla Firefox. For good measure, make sure Internet Explorer is your default browser by selecting that button.
5) Click "OK"

I followed the set program access and defaults menu, there is no FF selection, only IE and Mozilla. when I select Mozilla, the Mozilla browser is launched, not FF. there must be a way to get FF to launch, because that's how I had it for a long time.

Start FF
- choose "Tools" / "Options"
- go to "Advanced" and choose the "General" tab
- on the "System Defaults" section enable the "Always check to see that Firefox is the default browser on startup" checkbox
- you could also click on "Check now"
