How can I change internet explorer options for all users on a terminal server?

I am using Citrix presentation server 4.5 on a 2003 Term Serv.
My users are being prompted to enter their username and password on our Sharepoint sites. I need to be able to set IE globally to submit their username and password when connecting to intranet sites.
Currently when I make this change, it only affects the administrator. These options are grey'ed out for the users.
