This error doesn't suggest they can't print to the OCE. The last used plotter in a drawing is saved with the drawing typically. You can see from the message the error is pointing to a cannon not an oce. <br />

This error comes up when the plot dialog opens because the last saved plotter (for whoever plotted this last) was a cannon and that plotter is not available on this computer. Because it doesn't exist, it's set to NONE. Just select the OK in the error, then respecify the plotter you want to use, the OCE.<br />
<br />
This is a common message peopel get especialyl when opening drawings from sources outside thier firm because they have different hardware.

I have a Customer who has an Oce' TDS600 plotter. &nbsp;They print to it from AutoDesk Agricultural 2007. &nbsp;We've set-up the print queue for this plotter on their Windows 2003 server. &nbsp;Just recently 2 of the users can not print to the Oce' TDS600 from within AutoDesk. &nbsp;They can print using Word or other applications.<br />
Attached is the error message they are getting. &nbsp;There are 2 other users who can print just fine to this print queue?<br />

AutoDesk print issues to Oce' TDS600
