So what's the problem with Squid exactly? You can install it with a single command, and the default configuration will do what you want.<br />

Are you trying to tell us you don't have root access? If so it would be useful to be upfront about it, so we don't have to guess.<br />

Even if you're not root, you can still download and compile squid, then run it as a non-privileged user on a non-privileged port.

As far as I know tidy-proxy runs on 9090 port by default, I set proxy server of my firefox to 9090 but it not works, I get proxy server refuses connection.<br />

You will have to configure both of them prior before using.<br />
I've never worked with tidy-proxy or tinyproxy because usually Squid is the first choice, so have a look at the output of:<br />
<br />
dpkg -L tidy-proxy<br />
<br />
to get a file listing of this package.<br />
It should show you the path to the configuration file (probably /etc/tidy-proxy.conf) and watch out for access lists in there that prevent all traffic by default or something like this.
