Installing VMware tools for Red Hat Linux -VMware workstation

I have installed VMware Workstation 6.0.2-59824 on windows pro, and created a Fedora Core 7 VM machine. I have a problem with now linux small window within VM workstation, and I guess the resolution and screen size can be adjusted if I can installed VM Tools. Where can I download the VM Tools for the above mentioned vm machine or vmware workstation which ever is needed.

You have a "Install Vmware Tools" option in the menu of the your VM. Select that, then you'll either see a CD Drive get mounted in FC6, or you may have to mount it yourself. Inside that you have the rpm files for the tools which you can then install.
