Professional does not have CEIP - Only media center. &nbsp;There is no GPO setting to disable CEIP

I created a batch file to add the appropriate registry keys and I set the batch file to run in a GPO as a User Configuration logon script, but of course it doesn't work because users don't have administrative rights and consequently don't have the necessary rights to write to the HKCU hive. &nbsp;How do I distribute this to my users?

Microsoft Windows XP is the sixth release of the NT series of operating systems, and was the first to be marketed in a variety of editions: XP Home and XP Professional, designed for business and power users.
