I need onclick sound tutorial for Firefox and explorer

I had some problems with the onclick(or onmouseover....) sound function with firefox or explorer.I need a code that is working in all browsers without problem.

I think that the idea with the flashmovie is the only way to do this.I will make a new question for this.(may be you know a tutorial that i could find a way to do this?)
The link computermacgyver is another question that i have done because i had problems with delay.I don't know why but i have this problem and zvonko and cem turk does not.
