Asterisk call return to operator
Super newbie, got thrown into this.
Operator answers call, transfers call to ext.
I need asterisk to return the call to the operator if the call is unanswered in 1:30 min with a prefix of the ext. This way the operator says " I am sorry but (ext. name) is on still on the phone would you like to keep holding or would you like their voicemail".
This is the way the owner wants it set up.
