Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, User Group being used?

Is there a way to determine whether or not an Active Directory user group is being used?  or a third-party tool that can do this?

If you look at the User Group in AD you can select the Members Tab and it will list all the users in question.

Thank you, however, I would like to know if that user group has been assigned to any network/file shares.
