If the AD domain is dwd.ducworks.com then that will be the default email address and shows correctly.<br />

On exchange 2007 can you check ducworks.com is in the Accepted Domains and that the domain ducworks.com is the in Recipient Address List and you can specify that address as the Primary Email Domain so users send as user@ducworks.com.

Forgot to mention that when I go to a User account in exchange console and go to the account section the only choice for the @ is dwd.ducworks.com &nbsp;It used to be ducworks.com only but after the reconfiguration the domain changed somehow.

The active directory domain was dwd fqdn was dwd.ducworks.com but email was always set to ducworks.com. Not sure how it changed or where to change it back.

Going to go try this. Another i noticed is that I am getting a certificate error checking mail through outlook within the network saying that the address doesn't match. At the top of the cert error showing exchangeservername.FQDN

Also the OWA address changed to the FQDN I changed it and it worked fine but the change seems to be a global problem.

Exchange Server 2007 uses SAN's in Exchange Certificates. (Subject Alternate Names). This basically means that it has several domains secured on one SSL for internal and external use.<br />

mail.domain.com -external Webmail/Activesync FQDN<br />
server.domain.local - Internal FQDN<br />
server - Netbios Name<br />

You have two choices, create a new self signed certificate, or purchase one from a 3rd party.

Under REcipient Config --&gt; any users --&gt; account &nbsp; for the @ drop down I only have dwd.ducworks.com listed. Also I double checked and ducworks.com is the default accepted domain under hub transport. I also tried deleting dwd.ducworks.com which didn't change anything. It seems like ducworks.com is actually being listed everywhere on the network as actually being dwd.ducworks.com forcefully.
