We just migrated from Groupwise to Outlook 2003. &nbsp;My users are trying to create personal distribution lists for their individual units, group releases, etc. &nbsp;Some lists consists of addresses from our Exchange GAL, and others are external e-mail addresses. &nbsp;Most of my users receive an error when they try to send mail to these groups &quot;Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize (distribution list name)&quot;, and no suggestions are given. &nbsp;I have no public folders created on the Exchange server and these lists are not being added to the GAL. &nbsp;Any ideas would be a great help to us.

Most of my users receive an error when they try to send mail to these groups "Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize (distribution list name)", and no suggestions are given.  I have no public folders created on the Exchange server and these lists are not being added to the GAL.  Any ideas would be a great help to us.
