Is this system under warranty? Do you feel comfortable opening the case (do NOT do so if it is under warranty, as you may void it)?

Check in the BIOS to make sure that the SATA drive is in the boot device listing. Check to see if the BIOS recognizes the drive (you should see it in the system summary window).

i checked the boot sequence in bios this is what it shows-
"2. Onboard SATA hard Drive      (not present)"

what must i do now...
Thank you for the help

Access bios, roll down to Disk option (right below boot option), you might also need to open side of case to id sata port that sata drive plug in, then set that drive is ON or OFF. After that, go back to boot option and check see if the message "not present" disappear (you might save and exit, then go back bios page to check it).
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.

SATA 0 was ON  ...I turned it off....after that when the system restarted it poped the message "no bood device available"

If sata 0 is the drive has OS and boot, then you must turn it ON. Only port that does not have drive attached, turn them OFF.

In response to your comment that said that "2. Onboard SATA Hard Drive (Not Present)" is there an option in your BIOS (you will have to dig as all BIOS are different) that says "Configure SATA As:" and you can choose RAID, IDE, and / or Native?

If so what is that set to?
