I had had a look in msconfig already, and figured it must have been one of these. &nbsp;Nothing mentioned the file, but one looked like a scheduled task. &nbsp;Disabled that from startup and the box stopped appearing.<br />

I have a Windows 98SE desktop here and when it starts up it always opens the setupxlg.txt file.  

How can I stop this file from opening? 

Setupxlg.txt opens itself on startup on Windows 98 Machine.
