How do backup and restore all CRM 4.0 data
Hi! I would like to know how to back and restore ALL crm 4.0 data.! Is this just a matter of backing up
the databases through SQL management or is there more to it?

What exactly do you want to do here?? Do you want to backup CRM for D.R. purposes or redeploy to another system??
If you just want to back up the data for 1 or more CRM tenancy's then back up that/those databases. If you have any on disk plugins then you should back those up as well as well as any custom web pages that integrate with CRM.
