Yes it does also function as a reader. I checked Nuance.com they don't seem to have a fix for this problem. It opens the webpage with the PDF fine as long as you don't open more then one page. Also, now that I think about it, I didn't check in IE add-ons for Nuance. I doubt that removing Acrobat would help, but I will give that a shot.

Is Open Office free to use in commercial environment ? We`ve gone through a lot of hoops to get &nbsp;Nuance licenses. The main reason was to wrtie PDFs for the cost 1/4 of Acrobat Pro.... <br />
As of right now, I would like to find a fix to resolve this issue and eventually will consider using Open Office, I have too many projects going on right now....

Issue resolved. When I originallty installed Nuance PDF Converter I set it as default to open PDFs but Adobe Reader was not uninstalled.... I uninstalled Nuance and Adobe Reader, restarted then reintalled Nuance. I couldn't duplicate the problem after that and user didn't complain about any issues since. Thank you for your help, I highly appreciate it.

User receives e-mail messages wiht links to PDF files. User is only able to open the first link, as long is he attempts to only have one PDF open through IE7 it works no problem, but as soon as he launches the second link PDF Converter crashes. Something to do with IE tabbed browsing. Not sure if I need to remove Adobe Reader. When installing PDF Converter it was selected as the primary application to open PDF files.<br />
Any help is greatly appreciated.
