either I'm learning something new here, or you have 2 things mixed together...<br />
in my knowledge public folders can be managed in system manager on exchange<br />
usergroups can be managed in AD, giving you the tabs member and member of.<br />
or am I missing something?<br />

your quite right its in exchange but the p[roblem still remains I opnly get 4 of the tabs when I used to get about 10 of which one waS MEMBER OF

My exiting folders have 9 Tabs but when I ask for a new folder it has only 4 tabs and not the ones I need.<br />

you are still confusing security groups and public folders...<br />
a public folder cant be a member of... hence there is no tab for that<br />
a public folder can only have permissions. I'm sure you can see that tab in your exchange system manager.<br />
you can add people and distribution lists and assign rights to them.<br />
In AD (active directory) you can manage you groups and distribution lists. there you would find a tab 'member of' because a person, group or distlist, can be a member of another group.<br />

ahhh I wish I was.. They are public folders and I followed a microsoft tutorial to make them archive storages for distribution groups. The ones I created when I first set up the SBServer work fine and have the member of tab but new ones don't<br />

As can be seen not all the tabs are present any more. So how do I get new tabs to have all the choices that the old ones have still got?<br />

I'm just curious... was there something else you needed to do to resolve this problem other than what I suggested? &nbsp;Because you gave a grade of &quot;B&quot; which would indicate that my answer wasn't complete.<br />

When creating new public folders in active directory all tabs are no longer available
