We had similar issues that were related to UTF-8 and NSS volumes with certain client revisions.<br />

You may think this is nitpicking but, the only way to have &quot;Novell shares&quot; is to use NFAP/CIFS on the NetWare server and access them via NetBIOS/SMB. &nbsp;Otherwise, they're NetWare volumes, accessed using the NCP protocol.<br />

Is that your configuration? &nbsp;CIFS native file access?<br />
<br />
In addition to that and Ghost96's questions,<br />

What version/SP level of NetWare are you running, or is it OES/Linux? &nbsp;If OES is it OES1 or OES2? &nbsp; <br />
If you're not using CIFS native access, are you using the Novell Client32 or the crapware(tm) client that comes with Windows (unless the Citrix server is Windows 2003, which is the first not to ship the crapware(tm) client, IIRC)?<br />

We are using the novell client - The same novell client is on all machines (incl Citrix server) V4.91 SP2. &nbsp;We are on Netware 6.5 sp5 Citrix server is Win 2003 SP2 <br />
We even tried forcing permissions on these files (they were inherited), but no luck. <br />
This is the first time we have seen this. &nbsp; We copied the files to the Citrix users desktop so they can at least use them, but not a solution as they technically are shared files. &nbsp;They are just simple word files and PDFs. &nbsp;

Did Ghost96's link help any? &nbsp;It does sound plausible, based on your configuration - unless you have no UTF-8 characters in your filenames...<br />
<br />
Otherwise, shot in the dark, I suggest doing a visibility check (checkvis.nlm) and if errors, do a visibility rebuild (NSS /VisibilityRebuild=)<br />

The Citrix server has access to a Novell share. &nbsp;We are able to see all the files and folders on there share EXCEPT for about 10 files! &nbsp;There are no attributes set on those files. &nbsp;I can see them for any other PC or server, just not when on the citrix servers??? &nbsp;I even opened them and saved them in a new folder with a new name and they still cannot be seen. &nbsp;Any ideas on what else can be attempted?? &nbsp; Again - PC's, MACs other servers can all see them. &nbsp;Just not Citrix.
