Basically you handle the TextBox's OnKeyPress event, examine the character being entered into the textbox and accept it only if it is numeric.<br />

If you mean ASP.NET TextBox, then the best way is to handle onkeypress event of the textbox with JavaScript, and basically do the same processing as above
