Currency Exchange Webservice

Hello, I am looking for a currency exchange web service that is free.

I have tried this one : http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx but I am getting a timeout error when I invoke it.

The ones from ServiceObject (Xe) are priced per hit.

Does anyone know of another web service?
