Cannot setup OWA on SBS 2003

Hello,
I have a SBS 2003 running. I am trying to setup OWA. I have a static IP address and on the router I allowed OWA service and create a rule in the firewall but I cannot access the server. When I allow all ports I receive "You are not authorized to view this page" When I create a rule only for OWA IE cannot display the page at all. The router is: Netgear ADSL Firewall router DG834

So can you access the OWA page from inside the network?

Fenlock, I enabled the SSL for OWA but it still receive "You are not authorized to view this page"
From where, the home/remote computer coming through the firewall?
So what you should be typeing from home/remote is http://externalipaddress/exchange.

As an example - https://83.23.44.123/exchange

Is that where you are getting the "you are not authorised message" from?
in that last comment, i meant https://externalipaddress/exchange - not http.
