Loss Network connectivity for some users
Hi,
last night we replaced one of the modules of our switch to increase capacity, we swapped it for a 6 port to a 24 port module. However when we powered the switch back up all lights remained on and there was no network connectivity. so we powered down the switch and installed the original 6 port module, rebooted and all seemed to restore to normal.
however today some users have no network connection to some parts of the network, but good connection to other areas
any ideas what could be causing this?

did u checked through the console port all ports are enabled,

it is also possible, that your configuration has been corrupted after new module install
