Have you tried opening xls &amp;&nbsp;pdfs on other clients?

we are using owa with a single sbs2003 server which is partially working ok. However when we click on an attacment to view it we get a blank window that opens which should contain the attachment. any ideas how to fix this?

when accessing owa from a remote connection we cannot open attachments.
