Access Denied trying to change time zone
Users cannot change Time Zone.  Get Access Denied.  Windows XP pro sp2 OS.  Exchange Server 2003 sp2

What permission your user got on that machine?

Are talking in the OS or in Outlook? YOu have to have admin permissions to do so in the OS.

Actually the problem lies with Terminal Server Users.  On the local machine it works fine.   The TS users are not able to change the time zone.

Remote Desktop Users do not have sufficient permission to change system time.  You need to be a Power User in order to do so.
