Problems with blocking spam

We just purchased a new exchange server and put Exchange 2007 on it.  We installed Symantec Information Foundation Version 6 for Exchange, and in the beginning received the error "Error 1904.Module C:\Progam Files(x86)\Symantec\SMSMSE\6.0\Server\SAVFMSELU.dll failed to register.  I then reinstalled it again and did not receive any error messages.  It looks like the program is running correctly and I transferred all of the settings from our old Exchange server but it is not blocking anything.  Anyone have any ideas to fix this?

Have you checked to make sure all of the Symantec Services are running on that Server?
Do you have any 'Errors/Warnings' in the Event Viewer on that Server?

The services are all started.

I am seeing a constant error though stating "Failed to load Symantec Premium AntiSpam engine."

I'm also getting a Brightmail error.  Not sure what that is all about...

That got rid of the Brightmail errors so far, but I sent an e-mail from the outside with sexual words in the e-mail and it did not block it.  Now there are a few informational messages regarding Auto-Protect stating "registry write failure for the following keys:
"InputThreadsInUseDword"
"SPsInUseDwordPeak"
"CommandQueueLengthDword"
"SPsInUseDword"

I am also getting an error within the console stating Symantec Premium AntiSpam registration failed on the server.

Anti-Virus Apps

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses. However, with the proliferation of other kinds of malware, antivirus software started to provide protection from other computer threats. In particular, modern antivirus software can protect from malicious browser helper objects (BHOs), browser hijackers, ransomware, keyloggers, backdoors, rootkits, trojan horses, worms, malicious layered service providers (LSPs), dialers, fraud tools, adware and spyware. Some products also include protection from other computer threats, such as infected and malicious URLs, spam, scam and phishing attacks, online identity theft (privacy), online banking attacks, social engineering techniques, Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), botnets and DDoS attacks.
