Power Users -- Advantages & Disadvantages

Hi,

We have windows xp and 2003 AD Server,

For users we are planning to give Power User rights instead of Administrative Rights.

All the users have Laptop and they are client facing.

Based on the above secnario Can somebody tell me the Advantages & Disadvantages of adding the  users to Power Users. Currently all the users have Administrative rights.

What problems we may face if we remove all the users from Administrative rights and give the powers user rights.
