I just had a quick look at that, it is useful but does not have step by step guides on configuring the router. It looks like most of the config is done and he just needs a few things touching up, or am I being blind here?<br />

I managed to setup an easy VPN server on the 1811<br />

I can log into it and I get the IP address <br />
<br />
10.0.3.2<br />
<br />
but the gateway is also<br />
<br />
10.0.3.2<br />
<br />
I can pin the router on 10.0.2.1 and also a PC attached to it on 10.0.2.2 but I cannot browse the shared folders on 10.0.2.2.<br />
<br />
Any ideas?<br />

if you can ping the computer inside your network then you have connectivity. &nbsp;You need to check the security settings on the computer and on your router to make suer the traffic is not being blocked.<br />

I don't think its a blocking issue as I can tightVNC into the server and control its desktop. Is it something to do with DNS in that when I add a network place and put<br />

I have a cisco 1811 Dual WAN router. <br />

FE1 - With static routes so only certain types of traffic can use it.<br />

What I would like to do is use the Cisco VPN client to log into the router over FE0, allowing me to see everything on the private side. <br />

Once logged in will I be effectively sat on an internal IP address?<br />

How do I go about configuring this?<br />
