Access Gateway Solution

Dear Friend,
                              I am looking for an ACCESS GATEWAY SOLUITON for one of our projects which is Tower Network Cabling. The scenario is: the tower consists of 21 floors and total 250 apartments. In each apartment has 2 Data, 2 Telephone and 2 TV outlets and CAT 6 UTP cabling should be deployed.

Also each apartment should have an access gateway solution with the input being the CAT6 cables from outlet and an output with a single fiber / copper cable to the Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF)

The idea is all the 3 medias from the apartment( Data, Video & voice) should be carried to the IDF with a songle copper / fiber Cable

So highly appreciate if anyone knows about a solution to the scenario with some kind of Access Gateway solution that suit the needsfrom Cisco or Linksys or Netgear
