Forgive me, but your question isn't exactly clear to me... where are these pictures coming from? &nbsp;Are they always the same picture? Are they stored in one folder as opposed to all over the network? &nbsp;And do you need the entire file/path name for the picture? &nbsp;Or just the picture file name?<br />

All pictures in the local folder. Could be any folder from the local computer. They are not always same picture. But size remain same. I dont need entire file path name for the picture. Just the picture name will do. Thanks.

There is no way to automate something that has no common logic... such as the folder location, image names, etc., so perhaps you could use a field code such as the INCLUDEPICTURE field code to insert these images?<br />

Use the Insert | Picture | From File dialog, and use the &quot;Link to file&quot; pulldown of the Insert button to bring in the first 2 pictures you need. Size and position them the way you want all the others to look, then press Alt-F9 to see the field code. (It will be the INCLUDEPICTURE field code Joanne suggests above).<br />

Now copy the two field codes, paste them at the end of the file, and edit just the file names for the next 2 pictures. Repeat for all the rest, then press Alt-F9 to show the field codes again. Select everything and press F9 to update the edited fields and show all you pictures.<br />

If your list is really big, you may want to consider using VBA to build the list of file names and wrap the field code details around each name in the list.

Your solution good if you have small amount of pictures. But i have around 50-60 pictures on every report. You said using VBA. Can you tell me how can i do it? Or do you have any other working solution? Actually i am considering any software that will do the job. Two picture on every page with picture name... thanks for your quick reply.
