joomla api - installing the libraries folder
if the joomla libraries folder is missing from a joomla site, is it possible to install it simply by copying and pasting the libraries folder from another joomla installation? or is there specific procedure. i tried copying and pasting so that i have access to the JApplicationHelper class, and I get the following error:
Fatal error: Class 'JApplicationHelper' not found in <appserv>\administrator\co
