I have tried loggin out and loging in as a administrator this the text size was normal but i forgot to mention in my orginal comment It doesnt all the time its intermittened but when it occours it keeps happening until a rebot I'll try your solution thanks

You could try making a new account for your self and work from the new account for a few days. &nbsp;And see if it happens with the new account. &nbsp;It could be an issue with your profile. &nbsp;

try this:<br />
right click on the desktop -&gt; properties -&gt; appearance -&gt; and check the font size.<br />
you may also play with the settings here, if it didn't work, then I think you are having some virus, I recommend to run a virus scan.<br />

We have a dell latitude D530 windows 2000 &nbsp;that the text size constantly increases to the maximum size on applications like microsoft word, internet explorer, word pad etc. on microsoft word the zoom is set to 500% and if i try and change it it imeditly resets back to 500%. internet explorer keep setting to to the largest text size I tried display settings and accessibility options but i cant kind a setting that affects this. can anyone help
