This is a new PC with Windows XP Pro and Office 2007. She's got Acrobat 6 Full Version installed and she had Acrobat Reader 8 installed also. So far I've just uninstalled Acrobat Reader 8 hoping there might have been a conflict with versions but it's still not working.
My next step is to re-install Acrobat 6 Full and try printing before installing Reader 8. I think the solution might be to install Reader 8 and then install Acrobat 6 Full so 6 gets the last say on which DLLs or whatever to use. I can't re-install Acrobat 6 until one of my teammates tells me where their software is so I"m on hold for a little bit with that.
What am I missing? Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
