Query Users with Web Mail Enabled

How do you write a custom LDAP or build a query on Exchange/Server 2003 that will list users with OWA enabled?

Ok - a custom LDAP string gets the OWA users I need. How would I get them into and address book, or distribution list ?

The basic goal here is to be able to send these users an email about webmail features, and not alert the entire company that webmail is an option.
