How to assign GAL and OAB to OU

We have a hosted Exchange 2007 environment with 40 or so different address lists. This was setup by a former emplyee. I know how to assign the GAL and OAB for an individual user, but I can't figure out how to assign them to an entire OU. I'm adding a new customer with 200+ users, and I don't want to do each user manually.
