The filename it is looking for contains a lot of garbage characters. I suspect that something got corrupted. Have you tried to reinstall the software (or repair the installation)? <br />

Bring up the print dialog, select the Adobe PDF printer and select Properties. Then select the Adobe PDF Settings tab. What is &quot;Default Settings&quot; set to?

We did try running the repair and uninstalling it and reinstalling it to no avail. &nbsp;I will check on the default settings. &nbsp;

No, it is supposed to override which job options file gets used for the document conversion.

We changed the default setting from Standard to High Quality Print &nbsp;and Small Size Print and were able to print directly to a PDF file. &nbsp;When we &nbsp;tried to go back and use the Standard default, we got the same error.

I have an end user that receives an error message &quot;Unable to find Adobe resource files&quot; when she tries to print directly to Adobe printer. &nbsp;Currently have Adobe 8 Acrobat Professional which was just recently installed. &nbsp;I have attached a file showing the error message and the her Adobe settings. &nbsp; I am hoping someone can advise me on what I should have her do to resolve this error. <br />

Unable to find Adobe Resource files

Adobe Acrobat is a family of application software and Web services developed by Adobe Systems to view, create, manipulate, print and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF).
