Customer cannot reach their own website

I have a customer that from within the business location they cannot access their own website whcih is hosted externally. They can get to any other website on the internet except their own. From home they can get to the site, but at work none of the 8 computers can access the site.

The problem began shorlty after the hosting company moved to new servers. I'm stumped as to what to try for this problems.

They are on a Windows 2003 Standard server network with a T1 512 data line with an Adtran router

What happens if they ping the website? It sounds like they may have a DNS issue. I would ping from internal and external and check the ips. If they are different, it is dns. If they are the same and you cannot get there, check the router for an access list.
Good Luck.

Active Directory Domain in there?

Is the AD Domain name the same as the public one? If so, you'll find you either need to add or modify a record on the internal DNS server for the website.

Another thing they called me on with this was after a reboot of server they can get to the websiter, but now thier email doesn't work.

The AD Domain name is a .local suffix

What do you mean by e-mail doesn't work? What kind of symptoms are you seeing?

What kind of e-mail server are they using? Do they have exchange or is someone hosting a POP server for them?

All six workstations use Outlook Express for their email. They use their hosting compnay for their email. They get server timed out error message when they try to send or receive. I'll get the exact error message later when I get onsite.

Thanks
