SQL SERVER UPDATE QUERY - Remove apostrophes from data within a table

I have a table (MyData), in which there is a column RecNum, which is a varchar datatype.  RecNum column has the following data:

'23546234
'13251511
'13425155
'15125145
'14145154
and so on... (about 3500 more)

I want to write an UPDATE query to remove the apostrophes, while keeping the rest - so the data then becomes:

23546234
13251511
13425155
15125145
14145154
and so on...

Sounds simple, yet I can't figure it out.
