Automatically re-activate iSCSI disk after server reboots.
We have a storage area network drive connected to our Windows 2003 x64 Standard file server via iSCSI connector for backups. Whenever the server is reboot, the iSCSI connector on the file server reconnects the drive, but the drive does not show up in My Computer until after I go through disk management MMC and right click the iSCSI disk and hit "Reactivate." After a few seconds, the drive is reactivated and it shows up in My Computer again. Is there a way to do this automatically so that we do not need to do this after every reboot?

Thanks, that method works as I've converted Dynamic disks to Basic using it before. The route I took was to create a diskpart script to select the disk and then set it online. Steps to follow are here: http://techrepublic.com.com/5208-11184-0.html?forumID=47&threadID=201933&messageID=2208028
